- yyz_vial — my Janoshik result on a ERP vial came in at 98.1 which is why i keep buying from them 16:13
- u100_pat — the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works 17:31
- apnoea_down_two — at 7.5 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up 17:32
5 did nothing
im at 5 and thinking about 1, did anyone gain anything from that step
easier gi for me
did anyone find the GI easier than semaglutide at an equivalent effect
sorry to jump in i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me
at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that
update on the earlier thing held 10 for 4 months and lost 3kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
held 10 for 18 months and lost 16kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works
at 7.5 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up
| Trial schedule | What most people here do | |
|---|---|---|
| Step interval | 4 weeks, fixed | 4-12 weeks, on symptoms |
| Holding | protocol deviation | normal and expected |
| Top dose | reached by design | often never reached |
| Coming down | not studied | common at maintenance |
folklore probably
restarted at 2.5 after 23 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists
SURMOUNT-OSA was the sleep apnoea trial and it is not a weight headline however its quoted
is there a reason to titrate slower than the four week schedule
is the 20 vial the common one or do people use 40
GIP plus GLP-1
did anybody switch back to semaglutide after trying this
the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact, thats just me
there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing
checked the units twice
is the sweet spot argument about effect or about side effects
same plateau here
i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did
