the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar
the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact
[edited]licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does, we shall see
the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so
anyone got a 5 recon they like for the 30 vials
if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table
i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 16 months at 7.5 not needing more
there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing
did going from 1.7 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone
at 5 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win

i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did
the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works
7.5 gang
5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me
held 10 for 19 months and lost 39kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
SURMOUNT-1 versus SURPASS-2, which one was the weight trial
my Janoshik result on a GL Biochem vial came in at 99.4 which is why i keep buying from them
went back to semaglutide after 2 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI
is 7.5 really the sweet spot or is that just channel folklore
does the GIP arm actually explain the easier nausea or is that hand waving
did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it
£55 for a 15 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year
the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number
whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different
GIP plus GLP-1
the 30 vial in 5ml gives 2mg/ml which puts 1 on 15 units, nice round numbers
folklore probably
40 units of a 2 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time, i think
titrate slow
for the archive SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up
10 was enough
anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months
switched from 0.5 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it
the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found
i sat at 7.5 for 26 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from, i could be wrong
plateaued at 25 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific
