$55 for a 20 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year
#tirzepatide 2025-08-15
how many weeks at 7.5 before you knew it was enough
my Medutest result on a TFC vial came in at 97.4 which is why i keep buying from them
at 2.5 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up
the 5 vial in 1.5ml gives 2mg/ml which puts 2.5 on 5 units, nice round numbers, happy to be corrected
checked the units twice
did anyone find the GI easier than semaglutide at an equivalent effect
unrelated but does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger
start low anyway
licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does
switched from 2 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it
sorry to jump in the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found
follow up SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up
Inter-lab diff for lot G-0641: 99.4% vs 96.8%. Within expected range.
is 7.5 really the sweet spot or is that just channel folklore
5 did nothing
SURMOUNT is weight
[edited]while im here does switching from semaglutide need a gap or do you just start
anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months
wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number
i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 5 months at 7.5 not needing more, happy to be corrected
i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did
40 units of a 5 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time
the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact
update on the earlier thing went back to semaglutide after 25 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI
5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me, ask me again in a month
7.5 gang
GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect
the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 23
folklore probably
did going from 1 semaglutide to 5 of this feel like a step down for anyone
quick one the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier
did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it
same plateau here
whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different
held 10 for 19 months and lost 42kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
how did people handle the 2.5 to 5 jump
anyone tracked whether the GI difference held at the top doses
does the GIP arm actually explain the easier nausea or is that hand waving
GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect
