i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did
switched from 7.5 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it
im at 15 and thinking about 2, did anyone gain anything from that step

went back to semaglutide after 7 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI
[edited]there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing
i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 19 months at 7.5 not needing more
the 5 vial in 0.5ml gives 2mg/ml which puts 2.5 on 5 units, nice round numbers
15 is the top
ok so 12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later
quick one held 10 for 18 months and lost 38kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
same plateau here

the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so, for what its worth
no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later
licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does
