at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that

i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 11 months at 7.5 not needing more

Cited study
Continued Treatment with Tirzepatide for Maintenance of Weight Reduction (SURMOUNT-4)
JAMA · 2024
Randomised withdrawal after a 36-week lead-in. Pairs with STEP 4.

how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you

the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found

TT

SURMOUNT was the weight programme and SURPASS was diabetes, thats the split people mix up, take that with a pinch of salt

my Medutest result on a QSC vial came in at 98.6 which is why i keep buying from them

UU

licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does

*that should say weekly

GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect

🤝3🙏1
SS

no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later

*week 13 not week 5

TT

switched from 5 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it

MP

if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table

*Janoshik not the other one

anyone got a 5 recon they like for the 40 vials

quick one i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me

plateaued at 13 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific

🙏1

does switching from semaglutide need a gap or do you just start

BW

the 40 vial in 0.5ml gives 2mg/ml which puts 2.5 on 20 units, nice round numbers, anyway

while im here how many weeks at 7.5 before you knew it was enough

🙏1

no clean conversion

did anybody switch back to semaglutide after trying this

MP

there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing

LL

the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works

TT

restarted at 2.5 after 18 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists, still working it out

*2ml not 2.5

coming back to this is the 10 vial the common one or do people use 2

MP

back after 10 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off

checked the units twice

the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so
the 10 vial in 2.5ml gives 2.5mg/ml which puts 5 on 10 units, nice round numbers

$185 for a 2 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year, n of 1 obviously

🔥15

the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier

GG

i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did

HH

the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar

VB

Inter-lab diff for lot C-4402: 98.1% vs 96.8%. Within expected range.
