5 did nothing
#tirzepatide 2025-03-07
- blind_submit — no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later, i have it written down somewhere 21:23
- blind_submit — 12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later, i have it written down somewhere 21:27
- bac_water_bill — my PeptideMeter result on a JEEP vial came in at 97.4 which is why i keep buying from them, i could be wrong 22:13
- cat_on_the_tray — SURMOUNT-OSA was the sleep apnoea trial and it is not a weight headline however its quoted, we shall see 22:48
- bac_water_bill — GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect 23:32
15 is the top
is the sweet spot argument about effect or about side effects
no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later, i have it written down somewhere
SURMOUNT is weight
12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later, i have it written down somewhere
the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 3
if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table
i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me
plateaued at 5 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific
im at 2 and thinking about 7.5, did anyone gain anything from that step
7.5 gang
easier gi for me
5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me
slightly off topic but is 7.5 really the sweet spot or is that just channel folklore
the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number
same plateau here
held 10 for 1 months and lost 9kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
[edited]ok so anyone tracked whether the GI difference held at the top doses
my PeptideMeter result on a JEEP vial came in at 97.4 which is why i keep buying from them, i could be wrong
restarted at 2.5 after 15 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists
anyone got a 4 recon they like for the 20 vials
is there a reason to titrate slower than the four week schedule
the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so
the 40 vial in 3ml gives 2mg/ml which puts 7.5 on 12 units, nice round numbers
SURMOUNT-OSA was the sleep apnoea trial and it is not a weight headline however its quoted, we shall see
back after 13 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off
changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome
is SURMOUNT-OSA the sleep apnoea one
GIP plus GLP-1
GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect
coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5
