Highlights from this day
  • split_the_cost — dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line 18:24
  • fake_tracking — the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so 19:11
  • fake_tracking — switched from 0.5 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it 19:22
  • pharmac_pen — im at 12 and thinking about 2.5, did anyone gain anything from that step 19:28
RR

sorry to jump in how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you

RR

held 10 for 26 months and lost 33kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine

ST

sorry to jump in is the sweet spot argument about effect or about side effects
if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table

dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line

went back to semaglutide after 7 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI, thats one data point

VI

plateaued at 23 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific

12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later

5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me, someone check my working
held 10 for 14 months and lost 12kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine

RR

40 units of a 5 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time, anyway

PP

if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table

FT

the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so

The head-to-head everyone quotes. Note the semaglutide comparator dose.

switched from 0.5 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it

back after 14 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off

🧪3📈5

im at 12 and thinking about 2.5, did anyone gain anything from that step

wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)
LU

no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later

SN

the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number

SN

restarted at 2.5 after 21 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists

10 was enough

unrelated but my Janoshik result on a MKM vial came in at 99.4 which is why i keep buying from them

SN

checked the units twice
