sorry to jump in there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing
wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)sorry to jump in there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing

wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line
the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier
the 5 vial in 0.5ml gives 5mg/ml which puts 2.5 on 40 units, nice round numbers, your mileage will differ
*0.5ml sorry
update on the earlier thing the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works
licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does
easier gi for me
7.5 gang
quick one is 7.5 really the sweet spot or is that just channel folklore
why does everyone talk about 7.5 and not 10
is there a reason to titrate slower than the four week schedule
is the 20 vial the common one or do people use 2
the 20 vial in 2ml gives 2.5mg/ml which puts 15 on 40 units, nice round numbers
5 did nothing
40 units of a 2.5 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time
does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger
restarted at 2.5 after 5 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists
i sat at 7.5 for 14 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from
went back to semaglutide after 15 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI
