Highlights from this day
  • split_the_cost — the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar 20:45
  • lot_number_lou — my PeptideMeter result on a MKM vial came in at 97.4 which is why i keep buying from them 21:25
  • blind_submit — 12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later, i have it written down somewhere 22:09

GG

went back to semaglutide after 15 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI

ST

does the GIP arm actually explain the easier nausea or is that hand waving

at 7.5 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up

👀1⚠️1📉1

while im here licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does

🧊2

the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar

🙏1📈7😂1

does switching from semaglutide need a gap or do you just start

the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so

changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome

MM

i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did

40 units of a 8 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time

LN

my PeptideMeter result on a MKM vial came in at 97.4 which is why i keep buying from them

BS

back after 14 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off

start low anyway

if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table

💀1🎉1📈1

did anyone find the GI easier than semaglutide at an equivalent effect

the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier

ST

i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 9 months at 7.5 not needing more

BS

coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5

LN

right so the 10 vial in 1ml gives 2.5mg/ml which puts 0.25 on 25 units, nice round numbers

LN

SURMOUNT-OSA was the sleep apnoea trial and it is not a weight headline however its quoted

anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months

BS

12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later, i have it written down somewhere

⚠️8🤝1👍11
BS

held 10 for 24 months and lost 11kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine

GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect, i think

anyone tracked whether the GI difference held at the top doses

PT

the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found

PT

at 0.25 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win

whats the top licensed dose, 15 or does it go higher

MP

at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that, your mileage will differ

*Medutest not the other one
