the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number

- nine_nine_one — the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 2 19:46
- VialBot — Assay note: QYB lot SG-1177 reported at 99.2% of label content. 20:12
- vial_ledger — the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact 20:14
- vial_ledger — how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you 20:48
- vienna_vial — held 10 for 16 months and lost 23kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine 22:35
the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works
the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found, for what its worth
does switching from semaglutide need a gap or do you just start
titrate slow
unrelated but 5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me, someone check my working
the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 2
GIP plus GLP-1
at 2.4 my appetite is gone entirely, did anyone go down rather than up
did anyone go past 15 and was there any point to it
15 is the top
40 units of a 5 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time
i sat at 7.5 for 16 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from
switched from 0.25 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it
is SURMOUNT-OSA the sleep apnoea one
back after 24 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off
Assay note: QYB lot SG-1177 reported at 99.2% of label content.
the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact
sorry to jump in i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did
how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you
checked the units twice
does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger
12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later, someone check my working
plateaued at 10 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific
did anybody switch back to semaglutide after trying this
10 was enough
is 7.5 really the sweet spot or is that just channel folklore
no clean conversion
genuine question went back to semaglutide after 25 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI, from memory
held 10 for 16 months and lost 23kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
[edited]im at 7.5 and thinking about 2, did anyone gain anything from that step
