- surpass_two — for the archive plateaued at 8 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific 23:39

7.5 gang
whats the top licensed dose, 15 or does it go higher
is the 15 vial the common one or do people use 5
restarted at 2.5 after 12 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists
easier gi for me
£38 for a 15 vial is roughly what ive paid for the last year
sorry to jump in how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you
switched from 7.5 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it, from memory
checked the units twice
the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 31
for the archive plateaued at 8 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific
the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found
is SURMOUNT-OSA the sleep apnoea one
| Trial schedule | What most people here do | |
|---|---|---|
| Step interval | 4 weeks, fixed | 4-12 weeks, on symptoms |
| Holding | protocol deviation | normal and expected |
| Top dose | reached by design | often never reached |
| Coming down | not studied | common at maintenance |
5 did nothing
at 15 the GI came back for me, so my easier profile claim only applies below that
switched last year
