HM

sorry to jump in held 10 for 2 months and lost 17kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine

💀3
HM

went back to semaglutide after 20 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI

AD

switched from 15 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it

MS

40 units of a 4 solution is a lot of volume and i check that one twice every single time

HM

plateaued at 24 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific

the sweet spot argument is really about effect per side effect, not a magic number

HM

the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact

GG

no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later

my Janoshik result on a MKM vial came in at 99 which is why i keep buying from them

AO

licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does

GG

did anybody switch back to semaglutide after trying this

[edited]

i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me

AD

the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found, happy to be corrected

CO

restarted at 2.5 after 2 months off and the first two doses reminded me why titration exists

HM

the sweet spot thing is survivorship, the people it worked for stayed and said so, ask me again in a month

CO

back after 10 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off

[edited]

switched last year

does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger

AO

folklore probably

wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)
