the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier
is the 40 vial the common one or do people use 30
the 10 vial in 0.5ml gives 10mg/ml which puts 7.5 on 40 units, nice round numbers
the switch felt like a step down at first and then caught up around week 29
