held 10 for 18 months and lost 46kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine, we shall see

- peak_split — i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me 20:16
- reta_resting_hr — the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact 20:44
- two_four_ceiling — whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different 21:10
- customs_owl — i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 11 months at 7.5 not needing more 22:01
- customs_owl — there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing 22:11
folklore probably
sorry to jump in did anyone find the GI easier than semaglutide at an equivalent effect
plateaued at 18 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific
anyone got a 2 recon they like for the 2 vials
Archive lookup: peak_split first appears in this channel on 2024-04-07.

[edited]Reminder set. I will post here in 3 days.
the two compounds arent interchangeable week for week even if the effect ends up similar
unrelated but changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome
switched last year
dual agonist, GIP as well as GLP-1, thats the whole difference in one line
the 15 vial in 2.5ml gives 2mg/ml which puts 1.7 on 5 units, nice round numbers, thats one data point
the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact
SURMOUNT is weight
no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later
ok so went back to semaglutide after 23 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI
whats the plateau pattern here, same as semaglutide or different
wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)checked the units twice
does the GIP arm actually explain the easier nausea or is that hand waving
the trials titrated every four weeks to a target, most people here stop at whatever works
12 did nothing extra over 10 for me and that still holds a year later
whats the top licensed dose, 15 or does it go higher
start low anyway
coming off semaglutide, is there a conversion or do i restart at 2.5
15 is the top
how did people handle the 2.5 to 5 jump
i argued the sweet spot was nonsense and then spent 11 months at 7.5 not needing more
update on the earlier thing back after 8 months, do i restart at 2.5 or pick up near where i left off
there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing
licensed top is 15 weekly, past that is not a licensed dose and nobody here can tell you what it does
does switching from semaglutide need a gap or do you just start
anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months
easier gi for me
how long before the dual thing was noticeable to you
*Janoshik not the other one
did anybody switch back to semaglutide after trying this
coming back to this my Janoshik result on a Homopeptide vial came in at 96.8 which is why i keep buying from them
GIP plus GLP-1
