- slow.taper — switched from 0.5 semaglutide and started at 2.5, took the slow route, never regretted it the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier 20:14

i sat at 7.5 for 18 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from
the GI difference held for me right up to 15, which isnt what a couple of people here found

if youre coming off semaglutide the honest answer is start low and find out, theres no table
changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome
