ok so my Janoshik result on a WXT vial came in at 99 which is why i keep buying from them
i sat at 7.5 for 22 months and never needed more, which is where the folklore comes from
went back to semaglutide after 7 months because the cost difference mattered more than the GI
held 10 for 24 months and lost 29kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
5 did nothing
anyone stopped at 10 and stayed there for months
for the archive how many weeks at 7.5 before you knew it was enough
there is no clean conversion between the two, anyone giving you a ratio is guessing, thats one data point
