start low anyway

- logrotate — 5 was where i first noticed it properly, 2.5 did almost nothing for me GI was noticeably easier for me than semaglutide at what felt like the same appetite effect 13:58
- deadspace — the 2.5 to 5 step was the roughest one for me and everything after was easier 14:00
- VialBot — New independent result logged — SSA, lot SG-1177, purity 98.1% (PeptideMeter). 14:10
- week_three_wall — the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact at 1 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating… 15:30
i went to 15 and came back to 10, more suppression wasnt more useful for me, ask me again in a month
[edited]15 is the top
wk 1-4 2.5mg
wk 5-8 5.0mg
wk 9-20 7.5mg <- stayed here
wk 21-24 10.0mg (no extra benefit for me)
wk 25+ 7.5mg (came back down)i log everything and my appetite curve looks flatter across the week than my semaglutide log did
same plateau here
7.5 gang

easier gi for me
changed my mind about needing 15, i was chasing a number rather than an outcome
is the sweet spot argument about effect or about side effects
the GIP explanation for easier nausea is plausible and i still treat it as a story not a fact
at 1 my appetite went completely and i dropped back a step, eating nothing isnt a win
5 did nothing
did anyone find the GI easier than semaglutide at an equivalent effect
held 10 for 23 months and lost 6kg over that stretch, slow and boring and fine
did anybody switch back to semaglutide after trying this
plateaued at 8 weeks the same way i did on semaglutide, so i doubt its compound specific
does the appetite effect feel different or just stronger
no clean conversion
no gap when i switched, took the last semaglutide dose and started this a week later
the 30 vial in 0.5ml gives 8mg/ml which puts 10 on 25 units, nice round numbers
*mg/ml, obviously
