if you are worried after a bad transit, test it. that is what the testing channels are for
freeze thaw cycling is the risk, not one freeze. that is my read of it anyway, i could be wrong
two to eight degrees. most domestic fridge doors are not in that range and people do not check
i keep everything at the back of the middle shelf, never the door
unopened and in-use in the same place is fine. just keep the in-use one where you can reach it, not advice obviously
[edited]the practical risk in winter shipping is freezing, and in summer it is heat. plan for the season you are in

i left it out overnight by accident, bin it or use it

lyophilised powder is genuinely robust. a warm transit is far less likely to matter than people fear
does anyone freeze reconstituted vials or is that madness
hotel minibars are frequently not cold enough. i take a thermometer, which is ridiculous and also correct
while im here lyophilised at room temp for 17 days in transit, worried or not
