- batch_variance — what did your gallbladder symptoms actually feel like before it got diagnosed powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it 15:51

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline
the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me
if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline
is the nausea meant to be worst around day 6 or is that just me
right upper side pain on and off for a week, should i be worried
reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber
sorry youre having a rough one
coming back after 20 months off: do the side effects reset
while im here is there a reason nausea is worse if i skip breakfast
water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order
that settles
sorry to jump in the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me
is a bit of bruising at the site something or nothing
nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases
update from 20 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely
genuine question, at what point does this stop being tolerable and start being a reason to stop
i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern
electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried, not advice obviously
[edited]let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging
water first
everything tastes metallic since i went up, does that settle
i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can, someone check my working
protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months
right so the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing
my resting heart rate is up about 3 bpm, is that a known thing
while im here whats actually worked for anyone on the constipation, ive tried everything
taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back
anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough
if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line
hiccups. every single time. why
i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free
new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation
let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging
let the swab dry
please get seen
severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question
what did your gallbladder symptoms actually feel like before it got diagnosed
powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it
Recon calculator: 5mg in 1ml = 4mg/ml.
thats not a chat question
powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it
magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption, not advice obviously
the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses
same at week 3
if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals, anyway
dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move
protein
a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating
nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking, still working it out
dont push through
ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at
it got better for me
drop a rung
site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it
follow up i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free
eat more
ok so eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me
do you tell your prescriber about the small stuff or only the big stuff
is it the dose or the escalation that causes the nausea
does eating before or after the injection make any difference
escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose
started shedding hair around month 25, does it stop
how long did it take for the GI stuff to actually settle for you
it does stop
