day two is the worst
hope it settles
update on the earlier thing protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months
a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating
Assay note: WXT lot E-2205 reported at 97.4% of label content.
dont push through
unrelated but my injection site itched for three days, normal
if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line
update from 23 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely
is the nausea meant to be worst around day 5 or is that just me
anyone get properly wiped out for a day or two after the dose
does eating before or after the injection make any difference
the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me
week 10 and still nauseous, at what point is this not going to settle
for the archive dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move
site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it, we shall see
anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough
let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging, thats one data point
*Medutest not the other one
escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose, ill dig out the number
the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing
powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it
it does stop
i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can
while im here my resting heart rate is up about 5 bpm, is that a known thing
if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline
thats not a chat question
the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses
right upper side pain on and off for a week, should i be worried
let the swab dry
new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation, for what its worth
is there a reason nausea is worse if i skip breakfast
water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order
nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking
slightly off topic but i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free
ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at
reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber
severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question
the burps started at 7.5 and not before, has anyone else had that
follow up my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline
eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me
Assay note: CPC lot F-1330 reported at 96.8% of label content.
protein
slightly off topic but anyone found the fatigue lifted when they fixed their protein
magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption
sorry youre having a rough one
hiccups. every single time. why
right so same at week 3
has anyone had a side effect that got worse at a lower dose
whats actually worked for anyone on the constipation, ive tried everything
that settles
fibre before pills
sulphur burps. is there anything at all that helps
sorry to jump in taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back
genuine question, at what point does this stop being tolerable and start being a reason to stop
electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried
nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases
i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern
drop a rung
the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me, happy to be corrected
unrelated but if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals
