nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking
if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline

AA

if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line

SA

slightly off topic but anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough

JJ

coming back after 25 months off: do the side effects reset

dose day = d0
0.25mg nothing much
0.50mg d1-d2 mild
1.00mg d1-d3 moderate
1.70mg d1-d2 moderate, d4 fine
2.40mg d1 rough, gone by d3
AA

is the nausea meant to be worst around day 8 or is that just me

PS

update on the earlier thing i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can

MP

im at week 6 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

BB

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

fibre before pills

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline, ask me again in a month

hope it settles
