eat more

OO

does eating before or after the injection make any difference

i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can, still working it out

it got better for me

GG

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free

same at week 3

GG

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

has anyone had reflux specifically get worse rather than better

II

slightly off topic but let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging

hope it settles

whats actually worked for anyone on the constipation, ive tried everything
site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it

II

nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months, take that with a pinch of salt

is a bit of bruising at the site something or nothing

[edited]

rotate the site

SS

anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough

SS

the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me

new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation

🧪15

if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline

site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it

unrelated but is there a reason nausea is worse if i skip breakfast

fibre before pills

ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at, your mileage will differ

BR

severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question

BR

i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

TT

let the swab dry

TT

my resting heart rate is up about 8 bpm, is that a known thing

please get seen

TT

if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line

TT

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

SS

genuine question, at what point does this stop being tolerable and start being a reason to stop

SS

week 30 and still nauseous, at what point is this not going to settle

SS

quick one reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber, thats one data point

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking

im at week 12 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem

OO

escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose

follow up the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing

dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move

[edited]

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline

update from 18 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely, n of 1 obviously

MM

sorry to jump in coming back after 4 months off: do the side effects reset

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating, n of 1 obviously

OO

if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals

SS

powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it

SS

genuine question that settles, happy to be corrected

OO

taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back

OO

anyone found the fatigue lifted when they fixed their protein
