if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline

TT

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating

dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move

right upper side pain on and off for a week, should i be worried

TT

escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose, ask me again in a month

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

TL

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline

magnesium

TT

coming back to this is a bit of bruising at the site something or nothing

TT

the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me, i could be wrong

[edited]

my injection site itched for three days, normal

DE

sorry to jump in sulphur burps. is there anything at all that helps

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

hope it settles

EM

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

EM

sorry to jump in my resting heart rate is up about 9 bpm, is that a known thing
