week 33 and still nauseous, at what point is this not going to settle

NT

anyone get properly wiped out for a day or two after the dose

the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing

EE

quick one genuine question, at what point does this stop being tolerable and start being a reason to stop

if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline, thats just me

⚠️6

i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

AA

new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation

NT

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating

EE

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

hiccups. every single time. why

EE

escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose
reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber

SF

anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough

dose day = d0
0.25mg nothing much
0.50mg d1-d2 mild
1.00mg d1-d3 moderate
1.70mg d1-d2 moderate, d4 fine
2.40mg d1 rough, gone by d3
AA

has anyone had reflux specifically get worse rather than better

*VendorInvestigate not the other one

reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber
if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals

AA

follow up im at week 20 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem

update on the earlier thing coming back after 7 months off: do the side effects reset

[edited]

the burps started at 1 and not before, has anyone else had that

is it the dose or the escalation that causes the nausea
