- deadspace — my injection site itched for three days, normal 23:29
- deadspace — ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on… 23:38
let the swab dry
is the nausea meant to be worst around day 7 or is that just me
magnesium
update on the earlier thing has anyone had reflux specifically get worse rather than better
that settles
protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months
if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals
i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern
it does stop
what did your gallbladder symptoms actually feel like before it got diagnosed
do you tell your prescriber about the small stuff or only the big stuff
if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline
nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases
reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber
water first
[edited]my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline, from memory
rotate the site
eat more
electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried
same at week 3
dont push through
escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose
dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move
let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging
thats not a chat question
if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line, ymmv

taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back
while im here the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me, n of 1 obviously
eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me
magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption
fibre before pills
i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free
my injection site itched for three days, normal
for the archive my resting heart rate is up about 6 bpm, is that a known thing
hope it settles
ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at
protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

quick one powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it
day two is the worst
