KF

the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me

KF

taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back

im at week 33 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem

has anyone had a side effect that got worse at a lower dose

🧪10

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months, thats one data point

KF

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free

KF

the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me

SS

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline, your mileage will differ

SS

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging

ES

whats actually worked for anyone on the constipation, ive tried everything

please get seen

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking, for what its worth

ES

genuine question, at what point does this stop being tolerable and start being a reason to stop

ES

i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

CO

follow up is there a reason nausea is worse if i skip breakfast

CO

follow up how do you cope with the smell of food when nothing is appealing

started shedding hair around month 6, does it stop

electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried

i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can

CC

nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases

water first

new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation, ymmv

VB

Testing queue: 2 submissions open, 25 awaiting dispatch.

ES

if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line

CC

anyone found the fatigue lifted when they fixed their protein

🧪5😂10

genuine question reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber

BB

anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough
