update from 12 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely
ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at, take that with a pinch of salt

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free
electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried

coming back to this the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me, happy to be corrected

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me
