ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at

💀5

hiccups. every single time. why

nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases

AO

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me, ask me again in a month

i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can

AO

week 2 and still nauseous, at what point is this not going to settle

🧊57

ok so magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

SS

follow up a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating

coming back after 6 months off: do the side effects reset

AO

unrelated but i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free

FT

genuine question, at what point does this stop being tolerable and start being a reason to stop

FT

electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried

ES

i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

protein

FT

do you tell your prescriber about the small stuff or only the big stuff

ES

if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line
