has anyone had reflux specifically get worse rather than better

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

update on the earlier thing the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses

the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing
