the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing

dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move

update from 2 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely, someone check my working

electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me
