Highlights from this day
  • quiet.hours — if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline 18:07
  • see_a_clinician — coming back to this dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move 18:11
  • mid_week_mo — a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating 18:20
  • first_month_fi — im at week 19 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem 19:04
  • see_a_clinician — reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber 19:28

QH

severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question, for what its worth

QH

nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases

if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline
