AA

my resting heart rate is up about 8 bpm, is that a known thing

AA

nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases

BS

escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose, from memory

hope it settles

dose day = d0
0.25mg nothing much
0.50mg d1-d2 mild
1.00mg d1-d3 moderate
1.70mg d1-d2 moderate, d4 fine
2.40mg d1 rough, gone by d3

reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber, take that with a pinch of salt

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free, your mileage will differ

i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern, i could be wrong

site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it

CC

dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move, ymmv

severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question

CC

update from 9 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely

TF

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking

BS
