for the archive dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move, ill dig out the number

i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline

update from 23 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely
