right so the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing

escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose
i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern
the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses
site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it
the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me, we shall see
ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at, happy to be corrected
protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating, not advice obviously
if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line
