do you tell your prescriber about the small stuff or only the big stuff
coming back after 11 months off: do the side effects reset
the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me
im at week 23 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem
site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it
protein
| Step | What | Give it |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | water, properly, all day | 3 days |
| 2 | soluble fibre | 4 days |
| 3 | magnesium | 3 days |
| 4 | stool softener | 3 days |
| 5 | pharmacist | now |
slightly off topic but protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months, happy to be corrected

hiccups. every single time. why
[edited]update on the earlier thing anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough
quick one reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber
the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses
severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question
taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back

the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing
*PeptideMeter not the other one
eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me
has anyone had reflux specifically get worse rather than better
is there a reason nausea is worse if i skip breakfast
the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me
fibre before pills
[edited]dont push through
ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at
water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order
how long did it take for the GI stuff to actually settle for you
magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption
