i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can, for what its worth

LL

my resting heart rate is up about 9 bpm, is that a known thing

my injection site itched for three days, normal

LL

dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move

if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline, thats one data point

dose day = d0
0.25mg nothing much
0.50mg d1-d2 mild
1.00mg d1-d3 moderate
1.70mg d1-d2 moderate, d4 fine
2.40mg d1 rough, gone by d3
AO

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

LL

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

DE

slightly off topic but powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it, anyway

TM

if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line

DE

do you drop back a dose for side effects or push through

it does stop

is there a reason nausea is worse if i skip breakfast

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline, someone check my working

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating

what did your gallbladder symptoms actually feel like before it got diagnosed

the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses

while im here the burps started at 5 and not before, has anyone else had that

let the swab dry

TM

the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing

that settles

nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases

dont push through

slightly off topic but electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried, ill dig out the number

does eating before or after the injection make any difference

TM

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

please get seen

is it the dose or the escalation that causes the nausea

is a bit of bruising at the site something or nothing

LL

has anyone had a side effect that got worse at a lower dose

LL

slightly off topic but i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

LL

follow up taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back
