is the nausea meant to be worst around day 8 or is that just me

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

while im here i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can

update from 16 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline
