magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption
my resting heart rate is up about 2 bpm, is that a known thing
what did your gallbladder symptoms actually feel like before it got diagnosed
powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it

2.40mg d1 rough, gone by d3i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can, i have it written down somewhere
it got better for me
the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing, thats just me
update on the earlier thing if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line
protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months, someone check my working
eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me
