sorry to jump in nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases

VV

unrelated but the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses, thats just me

VV

genuine question taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back

VV

site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it

severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question

SS

site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it

SS

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free, your mileage will differ

SS

dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move, thats just me

MP

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating

the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me

the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing

NP

genuine question, at what point does this stop being tolerable and start being a reason to stop

[edited]

is a bit of bruising at the site something or nothing

[edited]

if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line

MP

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline

it does stop

ok so nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking

if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline
protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

HM

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

update from 14 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

TF

the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me
my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline

TF

im at week 24 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem

thats not a chat question
