water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order, ill dig out the number

update from 14 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely

follow up the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing, not advice obviously
