i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern
i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can
dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move
what did your gallbladder symptoms actually feel like before it got diagnosed
genuine question ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at
my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline, we shall see
[edited]a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating
water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order
| Step | What | Give it |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | water, properly, all day | 3 days |
| 2 | soluble fibre | 4 days |
| 3 | magnesium | 3 days |
| 4 | stool softener | 3 days |
| 5 | pharmacist | now |
im at week 22 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem
severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question
magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption, not advice obviously
hope it settles
reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber
escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose
