the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing, i think

same at week 3

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline, for what its worth

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

[edited]

eat more

AA

sorry to jump in if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals

NS

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption, i have it written down somewhere

hiccups. every single time. why

i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can

LL

how long did it take for the GI stuff to actually settle for you

day two is the worst

the burps started at 1 and not before, has anyone else had that

let the swab dry

whats actually worked for anyone on the constipation, ive tried everything

AB

MO

how do you cope with the smell of food when nothing is appealing

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating

MO

new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation, not advice obviously

EO

right upper side pain on and off for a week, should i be worried

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free, thats one data point

let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

anyone found the fatigue lifted when they fixed their protein

PS

electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried, for what its worth
