Highlights from this day
  • pinch_not_stretch — is it the dose or the escalation that causes the nausea nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking 18:50
  • sulphur_burp — sorry to jump in anyone had the fatigue turn out to be something boring like not drinking enough 19:05
  • ghent_gradient — a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating 19:55
  • site_itch — update from 23 months ago: the nausea did settle, around week seven, completely 20:16
  • invoice_mismatch — reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber 21:33

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it

dose day = d0
0.25mg nothing much
0.50mg d1-d2 mild
1.00mg d1-d3 moderate
1.70mg d1-d2 moderate, d4 fine
2.40mg d1 rough, gone by d3

quick one eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order
