magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber

im at week 25 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem

anyone get properly wiped out for a day or two after the dose

the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me

powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it, ill dig out the number

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking
