i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging, not advice obviously

ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating
