LO

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation

QP

quick one how long did it take for the GI stuff to actually settle for you

HH

water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free

right so nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases, i think

PP

the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me

while im here if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line, someone check my working
