my resting heart rate is up about 7 bpm, is that a known thing

FF

electrolytes made more difference to my fatigue than anything else i tried

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption

NT

what did your gallbladder symptoms actually feel like before it got diagnosed

FF

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free, ask me again in a month

do you tell your prescriber about the small stuff or only the big stuff

NT

for the archive is the nausea meant to be worst around day 6 or is that just me
site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it

the sulphur burps seem to track fatty meals for a lot of people here, including me, thats just me

sorry youre having a rough one

does eating before or after the injection make any difference

let the swab dry

rotate the site

do you drop back a dose for side effects or push through

anyone found the fatigue lifted when they fixed their protein

magnesium

ES

if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line

the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing, your mileage will differ

AP

im at week 31 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem

ES

if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals

FF

the burps started at 1.7 and not before, has anyone else had that

quick one i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can, your mileage will differ

DV

coming back to this water first, then fibre, then magnesium, then a softener, then a pharmacist. in that order

VO

reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber

FF

escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose

VO

sorry to jump in i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

NT

taste changes settled for me around week eight and never fully came back

ES

severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question

ES

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking

AA

coming back to this if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline
