powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it

TT

unrelated but severe persistent pain radiating to the back, or repeated vomiting you cannot keep water down through, is not a chat question, for what its worth

i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

hope it settles

TT

do you tell your prescriber about the small stuff or only the big stuff

while im here how do you cope with the smell of food when nothing is appealing

same at week 3

BB

what did your gallbladder symptoms actually feel like before it got diagnosed
if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline

TT

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking

BB

i had gallstones confirmed on a scan after losing quickly. slow down if you can

AA

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline

HH

if you are under 1000 calories by accident that is a problem, not discipline, ymmv
reflux getting worse is documented enough that it is worth mentioning to a prescriber

NA

the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing

NA

if you have stopped enjoying food entirely and are not eating, say so, we will help you build meals

genuine question has anyone had reflux specifically get worse rather than better

TT

unrelated but anyone found the fatigue lifted when they fixed their protein

HH

site itching is common and rotation fixed it for most people i have seen post about it

BB

let the alcohol dry before you inject. that alone fixes a lot of the stinging

TT

unrelated but escalation is when most of the trouble happens, not the absolute dose

TT

right so the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses

EM

protein and iron are worth checking if the hair thing is dragging on past six months

CC

eating small and often was the only thing that made the first month liveable for me

ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at

EM

has anyone had a side effect that got worse at a lower dose

👍13🎉15📈7
EM

nausea is usually worst somewhere in the first 24 to 72 hours after the dose and then eases

EM

dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move

my resting heart rate is up about 5 bpm, is that a known thing
