the hiccups are real, nobody knows why, they seem to fade after a few doses, someone check my working

SN

the dose day matters more than the dose for the GI stuff, at least for me, i think

i lost my gallbladder in 2024 and i tell people that not to frighten them but because slowing down is free

my resting heart rate went up a few bpm and stayed there. worth logging from baseline

protein

day two is the worst

it got better for me

drop a rung

ginger did nothing for me and worked for two other people here. thats where the evidence is at

QH

powering through is how people quit entirely. reducing is how people stay on it

GB

new severe right upper quadrant pain after fast weight loss is a get seen situation
dropping back a rung for a fortnight is a completely legitimate move

GB

im at week 30 and eating maybe 900 calories without trying to, is that a problem

WT

if a side effect is new and severe rather than familiar and annoying, that is the line

nobody here can tell you whether a symptom is serious. we can tell you the ones that are always worth checking

WT

right so the shed usually starts month three to four and usually stops. it tracks how fast you are losing

WT

a lot of what people call fatigue on this stuff turns out to be dehydration or undereating

TT

i keep a one line note per day. it is the only way i could see the pattern

magnesium citrate worked for me where oxide did nothing. that might just be absorption
