- per_mg_pete — is vat charged on the declared value or what they think it is worth 20:16
- vat_on_import — quick one vat is usually charged on declared value plus shipping, and the handling fee is often more than the vat, thats just me 20:55
- vat_on_import — tracking going dark for a week or ten days at a port is common and resolves on its own most of the time, thats just me 20:56
coming back after 6 months, has anything changed with Poland

follow up summer into a hot country is the risk. order in a cooler month if you have the choice
powder is robust
the transit table is pinned and built from what members actually reported, not from what suppliers quote
has anyone had a parcel arrive after being marked as returned
update on the earlier thing postal has been better than courier for me every single time. couriers are more thorough
[edited]thats normal transit
a seizure letter is usually the end of it. you have lost the parcel and that is almost always the whole consequence
thats slower than usual
does CPC actually honour a reship or is it decorative
thats the end of it
quick one vat is usually charged on declared value plus shipping, and the handling fee is often more than the vat, thats just me
tracking going dark for a week or ten days at a port is common and resolves on its own most of the time, thats just me
follow up parcel is sitting at a port with no movement, is that customs or just a port
reship policies vary enormously. QSC honoured one for me without being pushed, which is not universal, ymmv
a liquid cold pack tells you it was above freezing, not that the vial cooked. lyophilised powder is robust
winter shipping into a cold country risks freezing, which is a different problem from heat and gets discussed less, still working it out
[edited]give it another week
be patient with support
[edited]a port stall is not the same as a customs hold and the tracking language usually distinguishes them
for the archive signature requirements slow things down and do not obviously reduce loss
i have lost 9 parcels in three years across a lot of orders. that is the actual rate for me
tracking has been dark for 6 days, at what point do i worry
nobody here can tell you what will clear customs where you live and the mods stop that conversation quickly
how many parcels have people lost in total
how long is transit to the Netherlands running at the moment
Reminder for per_mg_pete: dose day is today. Set 9 days ago.
for the archive does a signature requirement help or hurt
do you use the same address every time
cold pack arrived warm after 9 days, does it matter
i declare it as what it is at a low value. we do not discuss wording beyond that here
customs charge came to £240, is that normal for New Zealand
